Shipping policy

Shipping Information

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, followed by tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
If multiple items are ordered together, we will make every effort to ship them in one delivery. If this is not possible, we will notify you that your order will arrive in multiple shipments.
Please do not enter a PO Box or Parcel Locker as your shipping address, as we cannot guarantee delivery through Australia Post.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Senshi Original cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
Products marked with “Free Shipping” apply to Australian addresses using standard shipping only. Express shipping and international addresses may incur additional postage charges.
Carts containing both “Free Shipping” items and regular products may still incur postage fees.

Australia

Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days.
Deliveries to WA and NT may take 5–10 business days.

New Zealand

Delivery times are 3–10 business days depending on location.
Australian GST will be removed at checkout, and New Zealand GST will be applied.
Bulky or heavy items cannot be shipped to New Zealand.
Orders may incur duties or taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more information. Senshi Original is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply.

Australian GST will be removed from all orders.
